Some
cruisers maintain richly detailed journals each day and create
something interesting to share with the rest of us. A few
have even
transformed their accounts into published books, such as "Honey, Let's
Get a Boat" by Ron & Eva Stob. It's a fun read.Then there's us; without motivation or desire to expound, wax poetical, or rant. We'll fill in our own cruise log with what's necessary: date, time, to, from... and call it good. The rest of the blank lines reserved for notes is usually left sparse or blank. Our scrawl summing up an anchorage or port is elementary.
